what problem are we solving?

Early stage companies usually have one or more of the following challenges:
 

  • They don’t have a strong brand in-market to attract the right talent

  • They don’t have the budget to hire a talent team to scale to their needs

  • Using recruitment agencies is expensive - it still involves a lot of admin internally and the agencies don’t always act in your best interests 

  • Hiring the right level TA in Australia is hard! It’s a candidate short market
