The challenge
In 2022, Healius embarked on a major strategic transformation journey. Their goal was to re-imagine their healthcare services and create a modernised customer-centric digital health organisation.
Whilst Healius had an internal talent team, its experience lay within medical recruitment, as opposed to the digital, product and engineering space they needed.
Realising this gap, The Lab17 was engaged to build Healius's new, digital team. The focus for the Lab17 was to attract high level product and engineering candidates from leading technology companies across Australia - introducing them to the opportunities within medical tech.
