This role sits in our culture and leadership arm of the business, where we work with organisations to design people products that drive high performance and engagement as they scale. We’re passionate about the startup and scale-up domain with core partners like Linktree, InDebted, :Different and Skedulo to name a few.
With our embedded model, we get to integrate into exciting high-growth environments, work closely with founders and leadership teams, and build consistently high impact programs of work. Who are you?
You’ve climbed the jungle gym of a few people & culture roles so far, and understand the end to end people experience. You’ve used your powers of organisation, empathy and project management to run onboarding experiences and team events, facilitating people programs and maybe a bit of learning and development too. You’ve had a bit of experience working with senior leaders, and are comfortable presenting in front of a group of people both in person and virtually.
But you’re looking for something more… Something that will take you to that next level, and give you the freedom to be creative and have influence. You’re a creative thinker at heart after all.
You’re excited by the idea of working with early stage companies and turning chaos into calm, and you love to think holistically about how all elements of the people experience work together to create culture. You come alive when you work at the intersection of creativity and organisation to build people experiences that not only delight employees, but drive value for the business.
